Elivapro Connect

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 June 2026

Elivapro Connect (“Elivapro Connect”, “we”, “us”) is a multi-channel customer communication platform operated by Elivapro. This policy explains what data we process, why, and your choices. Questions: care@elivapro.com.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Elivapro Connect is used by businesses (“Customers”) to manage conversations with their own end-customers across WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads. For messages and leads belonging to a business, that business is the data controller and Elivapro Connect acts as a data processor on its behalf. For our own account and billing data, we are the controller.

2. Information we process

3. How we use information

4. Meta Platform data

Elivapro Connect integrates with Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API, Messenger Platform, Instagram Messaging API, and Marketing (Lead Ads) API. We access and store Platform data only as needed to provide the features you enable, in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You can disconnect a channel at any time, which stops further data flow for that channel.

5. AI assistant (automated replies)

Businesses may optionally enable an AI assistant that automatically replies to end-customers, classifies leads (e.g. hot/warm/cold), can send a business’s own documents such as catalogs, and escalates a conversation to a human agent when it cannot confidently help or detects misuse. To do this, relevant conversation content and the business’s configured instructions and knowledge base are processed by our AI provider, DeepSeek, acting as a sub-processor on the business’s behalf. The AI assistant is off by default and is controlled entirely by the business (including which channels and accounts it operates on). Automated replies may contain errors; businesses are responsible for the instructions and knowledge they provide and for monitoring escalated conversations. We do not use AI to make legal or similarly significant decisions about end-customers, and AI inputs and outputs are not used to train third-party public models beyond what is necessary to generate a response.

7. Data retention & deletion

Conversation and lead records are retained for as long as your organisation’s account is active. Media attachments stored in our systems are automatically deleted after approximately six months. You may request deletion of your organisation’s data, or of a specific contact’s data, by emailing care@elivapro.com; we action verified requests within 30 days. Deleting your organisation removes its conversations, leads, members, and stored credentials. Full instructions are on our Data Deletion page.

8. Sharing & sub-processors

We share data only with infrastructure providers that help us run the service, under appropriate contractual safeguards. These include Google Firebase / Google Cloud (authentication, database, storage, hosting, serverless compute), Meta (to send and receive messages on the channels you connect), and DeepSeek (AI processing for the optional AI assistant). We may disclose data if required by law.

9. Security

We use per-organisation data isolation, role-based permissions, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and server-side storage of channel credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard measures.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. For end-customer data held on behalf of a business, please contact that business; we will assist them as their processor. To exercise rights regarding data we control, email care@elivapro.com.

11. Children

Elivapro Connect is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16.

12. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated in-app.
