Elivapro Connect

Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 June 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of Elivapro Connect (the “Service”), operated by Elivapro. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

1. The Service

Elivapro Connect is a multi-channel inbox that lets businesses receive and send messages and capture leads across WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads using Meta’s official APIs. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts & roles

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Organisations may invite team members and assign roles (Owner, Admin, Agent, Viewer); each role grants a different level of access. The Owner is responsible for managing their team’s access.

3. Acceptable use

4. Connected Meta assets

To use the Service you connect Meta assets (WhatsApp Business accounts, Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts). You authorise Elivapro Connect to access and act on those assets to provide the features you enable. You may disconnect at any time. Your use of Meta’s products remains subject to Meta’s own terms.

5. Customer data

As between you and Elivapro Connect, you own the conversation and lead data you process through the Service. We process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You are the controller of your end-customers’ personal data and are responsible for lawful processing.

6. AI assistant

The Service offers an optional AI assistant that can automatically reply to your end-customers, classify leads, send documents you provide, and escalate conversations to your human agents. It is off by default and is enabled and configured by you, including the instructions (“persona”), knowledge base, channels, accounts, and business hours it uses. You are solely responsible for the content and instructions you provide and for the messages the assistant sends on your behalf, and for monitoring escalated conversations. AI output is generated by a third-party model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable; it is provided without warranty and must not be relied upon as professional advice. If you supply a third-party AI provider key, your use of that provider is also subject to the provider’s terms, and the assistant will stop replying if that key is invalid or its balance is exhausted (in which case affected conversations are flagged for a human agent). You are responsible for any usage costs charged by the AI provider.

7. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we rely on third-party platforms (Meta, Google Cloud) whose availability we do not control.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that messages will always be delivered, as delivery depends on third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elivapro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or applicable platform policies. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
